One of the things I seem to do a lot with founders is prioritisation.
There’s a real purity in knowing what to focus on and where to place the effort we put into building businesses.
And now it’s time for me to take a bit of my own advice and get my house in order.
Many of you will know that a real focus for me this year so far has been launching and building my new operating partner business – Team Wakeman, as well as my new founder newsletter The Operating Edge.
So with that comes a need to prioritise my efforts.
Since I went independent in January 2023, I’ve published 100 issues of the Build newsletter. It’s become a place for exploring thoughts, sharing insights and building a community of readers who regularly get in touch with their feedback.
But now it’s time for a bit of a change.
Build isn’t going away – but you’ll be getting it monthly from here on. The Operating Edge is where you’ll find my regular fortnightly content for founders.
You should already be receiving The Operating Edge, but if you’re not, you can sign up using the link below.
Thanks for being with me on the journey so far. It means a lot.
