Specialist operational leadership coaching

I work with operational leaders to help them develop their practice, confidence and effectiveness in regular sessions. Our work together begins with a goal setting workshop where we collaboratively set goals for our work together. After that workshop, I meet with you every fortnight or monthly for a one-to-one session.

Coaching enables leaders to explore challenges that they currently have in their work. Mentoring allows you to gain relevant specialist knowledge quickly.
