Coaching and mentoring for leaders in growing businesses
I work with operational leaders to help them develop their practice, confidence and effectiveness in regular sessions.
Our work together begins with a goal setting workshop where we collaboratively set goals for our work together.
After that workshop, I meet with you every fortnight or monthly for a one-to-one session.
These sessions combine a blend of coaching and mentoring in a high impact 60 minute video call.
Coaching enables leaders to explore challenges that they currently have in their work. Mentoring allows you to gain relevant specialist knowledge quickly.
Six month programmes cost £2750 to £5250 (exc VAT).
