Leaving TPXimpact

Leaving TPXimpact

Today’s a big milestone for me – my last day working at TPXimpact.

Back in April 2014 I joined a digital agency with around 20 team members based in Canterbury and in 2018 that became part of TPXimpact – a business that now has more than 700 employees across the UK, Europe, Bulgaria and Norway. It’s been quite an experience.

I’ve learnt a massive amount, experienced some huge highs and lows and spent a hell of a lot of time on video calls. I’ve worked with many amazing people along the way.

But most of all I’ve loved delivering great work for clients and supporting brilliant client-facing teams.

A lot’s changed at TPXimpact since I made the decision to leave earlier this year and build out a new more flexible working life as a consultant. It’s really great to see a new senior leadership team forming and the jigsaw pieces of an integrated TPXimpact fall into place.

Thank you to all the people who’ve been part of this journey – especially current and former colleagues from across TPXimpact and its predecessor businesses. There are too many folk to name individually but I’ve been grateful to have learnt from each and every one of them.

From January I’m kicking off a new phase in my working life. I’m grateful to the many people who’ve spared me time over the past six months to share their experiences working as consultants so kindly.

I’ve got some fascinating ideas kicking around about what I’ll be getting up to and am already looking forward to working with some brilliant businesses.

Some of these ideas are pretty early stage so not ready for sharing, but you can already check out some of what I’ll be doing as a consultant and fractional COO. And if you’re interested in working together, drop me a line and let’s chat.
