I’ve just finished listening to my first podcast from www.manager-tools.com.
The site, run by Mark and Mike, features hundreds of podcasts on management-related topics. A new one is posted each week, and judging by the quality of the one I’ve just listened to this is a great resource for developing yourself as a manager.
Mike and Mark discuss the topic of the day with clarity and insight. Sometimes a handout is provided to be printed and viewed while listening, but as I listen to podcasts in the car I couldn’t do this. Even so the discussion was very interesting and I took away some practical and actionable tips to try out.
I’ve added the feed to my RSS feeder and am looking forward to next week’s show.
