Through my experience of working with leaders of high growth companies, I’ve learnt that I am a strong integrator – taking a big picture vision, working out what needs to be done to deliver it and then seeing through implementation.

I’m passionate about ensuring organisations work well and remain aligned. I believe strongly in progressive organisational thinking and creating the conditions for people consistently do their best work.
