PR volunteering opportunity with CIPR

The CIPR has recently announced its partnership with the National Citizen Service (NCS), and as part of this partnership they’ll be delivering educational workshops to students aged 16-17 across the UK. Our workshops will teach students what public relations is, how they might interact with it in their everyday lives, and how they might pursue it as a career option.
The first NCS workshop will take place in Cranbrook, Kent on Tuesday 17 September from 9.30am to 12.30pm
They’re looking for four to six volunteers from across the Home Counties to volunteer at the workshop and help to teach young adults about the public relations profession.
All activities and instructions will be provided and volunteers will receive CPD points in return for their participation.
If you would like to put yourself forward as a volunteer, or to find out more about the opportunity please email Kim Roberts at kimr@cipr.co.uk.
