100 mile bike ride tomorrow

Tomorrow’s the day I’m riding the Castle 100 bike ride around Kent in aid of Action Medical Research.

Thanks to all of you who have sponsored me in aid of this great charity – and if you would still like to you can read more about the charity and sponsor me online here.

I’m planning to use the MapMyTracks GPS mobile phone sports tracking tool to show my progress live on the internet (disclosure: MapMyTracks is a client) – the ride starts around 7am tomorrow morning and live tracking will appear on the MapMyTracks site here.

About the Author

I write on my blog about all kinds of things. Mostly it's focussed on communications and marketing - as that's what I spend my days doing and evenings thinking about. But sometimes I'll cover running, mountain biking, road biking or gadgets too.
