Here’s some more interesting content I’ve found on the web recently:

Social networking site addiction drives mobile internet access
Social networking sites, such as Facebook, MySpace and Bebo, are seeing huge boosts in traffic thanks to mobile phones, with average users checking their profiles more than eight times a day, says new research.

Pew Internet: Future of the Internet
A survey of internet leaders, activists and analysts shows they expect major tech advances as the phone becomes a primary device for online access, voice-recognition improves, artificial and virtual reality become more embedded in everyday life, and the architecture of the internet itself improves.

For all bookmarks that I’ve made check out del.icio.us.

  1. Nice links. Mobile media devices are definitely going to continue to grow in usage more and more. Social networking is practically in is renaissance, and with devices like the iPhone and iPod touch it’s amazing what you can do. I’m excited to see what percentage of users are accessing sites from mobile media in 5 years from now.. Better start working on my mobile CSS skills..
