December 2002 onwards (part-time)

In December 2002 I co-founded Tinderhouse with Kent-based designer Nick Tatt. Tinderhouse is a communications consultancy specialising in delivering high quality internet and marketing services to small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Kent and South East England.

I was originally responsible for conceiving and developing the Tinderhouse service and marketing propositions. As well as delivering web and marketing activities for clients since December 2002 we have developed the business into a network of high quality freelance designers, programmers and marketers.

Through this professional yet low cost approach to marketing service provision the business continues to thrive, delivering professional agency quality services at affordable prices to smaller clients.

Developing the Tinderhouse business has given me real experience of running a small business and managing client relationships professionally. This experience has proved invaluable in my main work roles and continues to prove very enjoyable.
