I am responsible for the overall running of the digital agency business, including sales, client service, project delivery and P&L. To deliver our growth ambitions we are transforming the agency into distributed self-organising teams using the Entrepreneurial Operating System as the underpinning management philosophy.

Since joining Deeson Group I have worked closely with Tim and Dominic Deeson to develop the business vision for the company.
As part of the changes we were implementing, I took on additional responsibility for digital strategy, user experience, creative and content across the business.
Director of Communications and Marketing

In April 2014 I joined Kent-based agency Deeson Group as Director of Communications and Marketing, working closely with Chairman Dominic Deeson and MD Tim Deeson. The Deeson Group comprises three brands: Deeson Online, Deeson Creative and Deeson Member Communications.
I am responsible for communications and marketing consultancy services across the three Deeson brands as well as overseeing the agency’s own marketing and new business activities.
