		<description>After a quick speed read I just wanted to say what a fantastic job you&#039;ve done. All the time and effort you put into this was obviously well spent. 

The results don&#039;t surprise me but I&#039;m sure a change is coming. Let&#039;s hope all local authorities take a look.
