on media-multi-tasking… it leads to higher fatigue, based on personal experience. I think now i am going to have de-mediatization day, once in a week. Where no cell phones, no internet, just plain old human interface, literally.

I agree - I always try to make sure I have some time away from mobiles, internet etc to recharge my batteries - but it tends to only be on holidays and the odd weekend day for me!
