I have always found him knowledgeable, pleasant and professional…I would happily recommend him to anyone needing a professional advisor in the areas of social media, web 2.0 and public sector communications although it’s worth mentioning that his skill set is much wider than that.
Simon’s core strengths were around being insight led, marketing and experience planning, and successful delivery. Simon led the ‘paperless credit card agreement’ strategy and agreed a solution which met the needs of all the stakeholders…the 1st solution of it’s kind at the time in the UK market and widely adopted by the industry since.
